Numerical effects (heal amount, buff duration) live in a localized string table that is still being parsed. Chinese item names and IDs are verified — effect text lands with the next data-pipeline pass.
Why effects are still pending
DT_FieldGuideCuisineInfo (78 rows) stores item Name/Desc/UseDesc as localization references rather than inline strings. The matching localization table is extractable but requires a separate QTSF pass we haven't completed yet. Category-level descriptions above are written from verified game systems text.
