东方曜是稷下学院星耀小队的队长，也是其家族星辰之力的唯一继承人。他扛起团队是出于责任而非野心，不断苦练只为配得上这份从未渴求的领导地位。战斗中他可链接最多四段旋身剑击，蓄力终结技可击飞敌人，「破星」变招则用于反制敌方的赤红闪光特技。他的技能（「裂空」「追星」「归尘」与大招「星河断裂」）奖励在「辉光」状态下大胆切入切出的进攻打法，此状态下冲刺会刷新、技能命中可回血。他是首发阵容中首屈一指的近战「强攻」核心，推荐给追求高操作上限爆发型英雄的玩家。
