Honor of Kings: World went live on PC in mainland China on April 10, 2026. The release opened the CN server with 11 S0 Resonance heroes, the protagonist character, and the full base-game map of the continent Primaera. Development is led by TiMi Studio Group (Tencent).[1][2]
What launched

- Open-world Primaera map with six regions available in the S0 roadmap.
- S0 roster: 11 named heroes plus the customisable protagonist.
- Dual-hero combat system — swap between two heroes mid-fight.
- Cross-save with the mobile client (which launched one week later).
Game version at launch
The live client identifies itself as version 1.0.6.20, built 2026-04-09. Game-data reverse engineering (see the project Methodology page) pins the engine as Unreal Engine 4.26 and the data layer on UE4 DataTables serialised in Tencent's proprietary QTSF container.
